Our Values

Awareness of intercultural understanding

For us, education and training are the social responsibility of society. For this reason, we are committed to the sustainable professional and social integration of foreign employees and promote the awareness of intercultural action and understanding.

Worldwide equal opportunities

We stand for equal opportunities for well-qualified specialists worldwide and therefore want to minimize barriers to entry and create transparency in the labour market. Well-trained specialists should always have the opportunity to apply their professional qualifications.

Take responsibility

At the same time, we are particularly committed to corporate social responsibility. We assume responsibility and support social educational institutions in our partnering countries.

The Team

Elena Bichelmeier

Managing Director

Graduated in business administration, has worked for international corporations with a focus on marketing, finance and Japanese.

She then worked as a freelance intercultural consultant for national and international companies.

Elena is married, has two sons and lives in Mannheim. The element of water is important to her – so she likes to spend a lot of time on and in the water.

At LOOQ, Elena has the regional responsibility for Asia and intercultural issues as well as marketing.

Caroline Trost

Managing Director

Trained as a lawyer, she worked for a large law firm in Heidelberg, was then responsible for results, customers and employees as a division manager and developed and implemented project management structures at all levels of the company.

In addition to her family, sport has always played an important role for Caroline – first as an athletic trainer and now as the youth leader of a rugby club where her son is active.

At LOOQ, Caroline is responsible for legal issues, litigation and support in Southern Europe.

Katja Tricks

Managing Director

Classical banker training, worked for many years as a trader in Frankfurt and London.

After a short parental leave, she worked for a few years at an international school in Budapest and then in adult education with a focus on migrants in Heidelberg.

Sport also plays an important role for Katja. She still keeps an eye on the international swimming world and looks forward to skiing in powder snow every autumn.

Katja is our expert for education and finances. She is also responsible for the English-speaking area.
